Ariz. Admin. Code § R6-6-1602 - Investigation 

 State Regulations

A.
 Upon receipt of
 an incident report, the District Program Manager shall initiate an
 investigation of the incident.

B.

 The supervisor to whom a case of possible abusive treatment or neglect of a
 minor client is reported shall refer the matter immediately to Child Protective
 Services for investigation.
