Upon receiving an incident report, the District Program Manager must initiate an investigation. If a supervisor receives a report of possible abuse or neglect of a minor client, they must immediately refer the matter to Child Protective Services. This regulation establishes mandatory incident investigation and child abuse reporting procedures for facilities serving minor clients.
