Plain-English summary

This regulation requires prevention organizations operating under Alabama's Division of Substance Abuse Services to submit a detailed annual evaluation report to the Department of Mental Health within 60 days of the end of each fiscal year. The report must document outcome results for each prevention objective, including recipient counts broken down by age range, gender, and race, measurement tools used, sample sizes, and evaluation results. This is a reporting/accountability requirement for substance use prevention programs, not a clinical treatment licensing rule.
