Each DMH/MR contracted prevention service provider must develop and maintain a comprehensive prevention plan that articulates the agency's prevention philosophy, describes all prevention services offered, specifies the amount and type of services provided to each county in its catchment area, and is updated annually in conformance with State and Regional plans. This rule governs substance abuse prevention programming administered through contracted providers under the Alabama Department of Mental Health's Division of Substance Abuse Services.
