 State Regulations 

 Compare

(1)
 A service provider organization shall
 have in place a quality assurance plan in which a designated person is
 responsible for the periodic review of all documentation related to staff
 qualifications and service provision.

(2)
 As a result of the review, any problems
 identified, action taken, and follow-up shall be documented and communicated
 through organized discussion with all concerned staff.
