 State Regulations 

 Compare

(1)
 Recipient - a
 person with serious mental illness, mental retardation or substance abuse
 problems served in residential and/or treatment facilities or program operated
 by the Department or certified and/or under contract with the
 Department.

(2)
 State Facility - an
 institution, developmental center or other form of residential treatment
 program operated by the Department.

(3)
 Community Service Provider - an
 individual, agency, organization or group under contract and/or certified by
 the Department to provide community-based mental health, mental retardation or
 substance abuse services.
