 State Regulations 

 Compare

(1)
 The
 Committee shall perform the following duties. 
 
(a)
 elect officers (Chairperson;
 Co-Chairperson; Secretary) to carry-out duties in an orderly fashion, with the
 Chair and Co-Chair not being employed by the program;

(b)
 develop by-laws and operational
 procedures necessary to perform duties and responsibilities;

(c)
 meet at least quarterly;

(d)
 keep minutes of all meetings and maintain
 related correspondence;

(e)
 report
 all committee activities and recommendations to the program director.

(2)
 The Human Rights Committee
 will include, but not be limited to, activities such as: 
 
(a)
 assisting in the review of rights-related
 policies and procedures;

(b)

 promoting rights-related education and training programs;

(c)
 reviewing rights restrictions;

(d)
 assisting in monitoring
 activities;

(e)
 advising the
 program administrator on consumer rights-related grievances;

(f)
 reviewing rights-related issues in
 behavioral plans.
