All certified community service providers licensed by the Alabama Department of Mental Health must establish and maintain a Human Rights Committee to advise the community program director on client rights issues. The chapter further specifies committee composition, responsibilities, and duties. This rule applies to community-based behavioral health providers certified by the state.
