 State Regulations 

 Compare

Day service programs may be inspected on an annual basis and
 residential facilities may be inspected on a semi-annual basis under routine
 circumstances. For the purpose of making such inspections, the inspector may
 enter, examine, review and survey at any reasonable time, rooms and other
 structures or buildings on or adjoining the premises.
