 State Regulations 

 Compare

(1)
 All drugs must
 be stored in a place which can be securely locked, and it must be kept locked
 in the absence of the pharmacist.

(2)
 Drugs for the Indigent Drug Program must
 be kept separate from any other drug stock(s) or any other center
 supplies.

(3)
 Access to the
 pharmacy must be limited to the pharmacist.

(4)
 Drugs received in the absence of the
 Pharmacist must be stored in a place which can be securely locked outside the
 pharmacy.
