This regulation requires the agency to provide public education about available mental health services, participate in cross-agency coordination meetings, and offer program consultation to other agencies upon request. It establishes outreach and interagency collaboration obligations for the licensed facility. These are operational requirements inherited from the broader chapter governing community mental health services in Alabama.
