This regulation establishes conditions of participation for hospice programs regarding physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech-language pathology services. When these therapy services are provided, they must be available and delivered consistent with accepted standards of practice. This is a hospice Medicare condition of participation, not a behavioral health, IDD, ABA, or foster care regulation.
