9 CSR 40-8 Chapter 8 - Rules for Psychiatric Group Homes

This rescinded Missouri regulation (effective December 30, 2020) previously governed staffing requirements for Psychiatric Group Homes under the Department of Mental Health's licensing rules. As a rescinded rule, it no longer imposes active compliance obligations, but it historically set adequate staff standards for this residential mental health setting. Compliance staff should note that successor provisions may exist in related chapters (e.g., 9 CSR 40-11 for Psychiatric Group Home IIs or 9 CSR 40-12 for Psychiatric Group Home IIIs).
