9 CSR 40-8 Chapter 8 - Rules for Psychiatric Group Homes

This Missouri regulation governed staffing requirements for psychiatric group homes under the Department of Mental Health's licensing rules. The sole rule in this chapter (9 CSR 40-8.075, Adequate Staff) was rescinded effective December 30, 2020, and no operative requirements remain. Facility operators should note this chapter is no longer in effect and should look to current replacement rules for any applicable staffing standards.
