This regulation governs Crisis/Emergency Services provided by DBH-certified Mental Health Rehabilitation Services (MHRS) providers under DC Medicaid. Services must be delivered in 15-minute units, authorized and billed per Chapter 34 of Title 22-A DCMR, and provided at the provider's service site or in a home or community setting. Providers must follow all delivery requirements established in Chapter 34 of Title 22-A DCMR.
