5206 CRISIS/EMERGENCY SERVICES

5206.1 Crisis/Emergency Services shall:

Be provided in fifteen (15) minute units;

Be authorized and billed in accordance with requirements set forth in Chapter 34 of Title 22-A DCMR; and

Be provided in a DBH-certified MHRS provider’s service site or home or community setting.

5206.2 Crisis/Emergency services shall be delivered in accordance with the requirements set forth in Chapter 34 of Title 22-A DCMR.
