55 Pa. Code § 5200.5 - Application and review process 

 State Regulations 

 Compare

(a)
 A
 facility intending to provide psychiatric outpatient clinic services shall file
 an application for a certificate of compliance with the Department in
 accordance with Chapter 20 (relating to licensure or approval of facilities and
 agencies). Facilities shall meet both the requirements of Chapter 20 and this
 chapter to obtain a certificate. Submission of an application does not
 constitute a certificate to operate pending Departmental approval.

(b)
 Facilities will be inspected a minimum of
 once per year, and are subject to visits by the Department's designee at other
 times at the Department's discretion. The facility shall provide information
 concerning program and fiscal operation at the Department's
 request.
