This regulation requires grantees to retain all grant-related records for a minimum of three years following final grant close-out, unless the grant agreement specifies a different period. Grantees must also make all records available upon request to the Director, Grant Officer, other District officials, and Federal officials for audit purposes. These are administrative grant compliance requirements applicable to any entity receiving grant funding under this chapter.
