This section establishes the process by which a Department-selected review panel evaluates grant applications, advises the Director on qualifying applications, and recommends awards based on review factors and available funding. It is a procedural grant administration rule and does not license, set operating standards for, or explicitly govern any specific behavioral health facility type.
View official source4402 APPLICATION REVIEW 4402.1 A review panel selected by the Department shall review each application to determine if it meets the requirements that apply to the particular grant. 4402.2 The review panel shall advise the Director of all those applications which satisfy the applicable grant requirements and shall recommend awards based on the review factors and available funding.
