This section establishes that partial hospitalization services for mentally and emotionally disturbed individuals may only be provided by facilities that comply with Chapter 5210 and hold Department certification. Facility operators must obtain and maintain this certification before offering any partial hospitalization program. The requirement applies to all providers within the scope of this chapter.
