This section requires each Federally Qualified or State-designated Mental Health Center (FSMHC) to obtain certification and comply with the certification requirements established by the DC Department of Behavioral Health (DBH) under Chapter 30 of Title 22-A DCMR. Facility operators must ensure their FSMHC maintains current certification in accordance with those DBH standards.
