This regulation requires that an adult partial hospitalization program have a psychiatrist providing psychiatric supervision at minimum. The psychiatrist must regularly monitor each patient's treatment plan and clinically supervise patient treatment. This is an operational staffing standard for adult mental health partial hospitalization programs in Pennsylvania.
