Each partial hospitalization facility must maintain a written plan documenting its policies and procedures, covering the scope of services offered, intake, admissions and discharge policies, continuity of care, and an ongoing staff development program. This requirement applies to all partial hospitalization programs operating under Chapter 5210 in Pennsylvania.
