This regulation establishes psychiatric supervision requirements for children and youth partial hospitalization programs in Pennsylvania. At minimum, a psychiatrist must monitor each treatment plan on a regular basis and clinically supervise the treatment of all patients. Facility operators must ensure a qualified psychiatrist is engaged in ongoing oversight of both treatment planning and direct clinical supervision.
