Programs licensed under 55 Pa. Code Chapter 5210 (governed jointly by OMHSAS and DDAP) must not discriminate against staff or clients on the basis of age, race, sex, ethnic origin, economic status, sexual preference, or religion, and must comply with all applicable state and federal nondiscrimination laws. This nondiscrimination requirement applies to the same facility types governed by the broader chapter.
