Facilities operating under Chapter 5210 may be certified for multiple program types at the same location, but each program must remain clearly separate and independently meet all staffing and operational requirements for its projected capacity. Operators must ensure that combined-site arrangements do not result in shared resources that would cause any individual program to fall below its required standards.
