 State Regulations 

 Compare

All partial hospitalization programs shall have a
 utilization review and clinical audit process designed to ensure that the most
 appropriate treatment is delivered to the patient. Patients shall be discharged
 when the identified benefit, as reflected in the initial evaluation, goals,
 objectives, and treatment plan has been received.
