This chapter establishes minimum standards for intensive case management (ICM) services for adults with serious and persistent mental illness and children with serious mental illness or emotional disorders. It applies to county administrators and providers approved by the Office of Mental Health to deliver ICM services. Operators must meet organizational, staffing, recordkeeping, and payment requirements set forth in the chapter.
