 State Regulations 

 Compare

The county administrator shall:

(1)
 Regularly review and verify that
 intensive case management is provided under this chapter.

(2)
 Provide fiscal and program reports as
 required by the Department under §
 
4200.32
 (relating to powers and
 duties).

(3)
 Certify that State
 matching funds are available for Medicaid compensable
 services.
