This regulation requires providers of intensive case management services to maintain written quality assurance procedures, including periodic staff conferences, mandatory staff training attendance, and other oversight mechanisms. Services are subject to review by the Department and authorized county government agents in accordance with applicable review standards. Operators must ensure these procedures are documented and followed to remain in compliance.
