 case management services are entitled to confidentiality of records and
 information as set forth in §§

 State requirements.

(b)
 Enrolled
 providers may not discriminate against staff or consumers on the basis of age,
 race, sex, religion, ethnic origin, economic status or sexual preference, and
 shall observe applicable State and Federal statutes and
 regulations.
