A Peer Recovery Support (PRS) agency must provide the Department access to its facility and records during inspections and upon request, and must allow private interviews with individuals served when requested by the Department and consented to by the individual. This is a compliance and oversight requirement applicable to licensed PRS agencies under Chapter 5230.
