This chapter establishes the minimum licensing requirements for Personal Recovery Support (PRS) agencies and facilities in Pennsylvania, jointly overseen by OMHSAS and DDAP. Operators of PRS facilities must meet standards covering organizational structure, physical site requirements, recordkeeping, confidentiality, and service coordination in order to obtain and maintain a license.
