This section requires Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services (PRS) agencies to comply with Pennsylvania's general facility licensure and approval requirements under Chapter 20, and provides PRS agencies the right to appeal licensure or approval decisions through the standard administrative procedure process. Compliance staff should ensure the agency maintains a valid license and follows Chapter 20 standards as a condition of operation.
