 State Regulations 

 Compare

(a)
 A
 PRS agency shall meet the requirements under Chapter 20 (relating to licensure
 or approval of facilities and agencies).

(b)
 A PRS agency may file an appeal relating
 to licensure or approval in accordance with 1 Pa. Code Part II (relating to
 General Rules of Administrative Practice and Procedure).
