This regulation governs the organizational structure requirements for Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services (PRS) agencies in Pennsylvania. A PRS agency must establish an advisory board that includes individuals and families who use mental health services, document that board members have received an overview of PRS processes, and designate a PRS director and psychiatric rehabilitation specialist. These requirements apply to licensed PRS agencies overseen by the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services (OMHSAS).
