55 Pa. Code § 5230.11 - Organizational structure 

 State Regulations 

 Compare

A PRS agency shall:

(1)
 Establish guidance from an advisory board
 that: 
(i)
 Includes participation by
 individuals and families who utilize mental health services.

(ii)
 Is developed by the PRS agency or is the
 advisory board of the legal entity.

(2)
 Document that the members of the advisory
 board have been provided with an overview of PRS processes and
 practices.

(3)
 Name a PRS director
 and psychiatric rehabilitation specialist.
