This regulation requires Pennsylvania Recovery Support (PRS) agencies to maintain written policies and procedures for filing and resolving complaints, provide verbal and written notice of those procedures to individuals upon admission, and offer assistance to individuals who need help filing a complaint. As a section within Chapter 5230, which governs PRS (Peer/Recovery Support) agencies licensed under OMHSAS and DDAP, these complaint requirements apply to recovery support service providers.
