 State Regulations 

 Compare

A PRS agency may not discriminate against an individual
 or staff on the basis of race, color, creed, disability, religious affiliation,
 ancestry, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, National
 origin or age and shall comply with applicable Federal and State statutes and
 regulations.
