A Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services (PRS) agency must deliver individual services at a 1:1 staff-to-individual ratio, either within a PRS facility or in the community. This staffing requirement applies to all individual (one-on-one) service delivery under the PRS license. Operators must ensure adequate staffing to maintain this ratio whenever individual services are provided.
