This section establishes the process by which a PRS (Personal Recovery Support) agency may request a waiver of a specific requirement under 55 Pa. Code Chapter 5230. The Department retains discretion to grant or deny such requests, which are considered only in exceptional circumstances and only when health, safety, and service quality are not adversely affected. The Department may also revoke a waiver if its conditions are not maintained. As a procedural/administrative section, it inherits the scope of the chapter it belongs to.
