This regulation establishes reimbursement rates for local-only substance use services provided to clients who are deaf or hard-of-hearing, covering Multi-systemic Therapy for Transition Age Youth (ages 21–24), Residential Treatment Room and Board (including women with children), and Environmental Stability/Supported Housing. Rates are set per unit, per diem, or per month as specified in the table, and future rate changes must be published via Public Notice in the D.C. Register with opportunity for comment.

The Department shall publish all future updates to these codes and rates through a Public Notice in the D.C. Register, which provides an opportunity for meaningful comment. The Notice shall describe the type of change, the reason for the change, the effective date of the change, and the new local only reimbursement rate.
