This section requires Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS) agencies to complete criminal history checks and child abuse certifications for staff in accordance with Pennsylvania's Child Protective Services Law and related protective services regulations. Agencies must maintain written policies and procedures ensuring that all staff who have contact with children or youth comply with mandated reporting and training requirements under those statutes.
