This section governs service provision requirements for Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS) agencies in Pennsylvania, requiring that services be delivered in accordance with the child's, youth's, or young adult's Individual Treatment Plan (ITP). IBHS may be provided prior to ITP completion if a treatment plan exists for the specific service type. Services must be delivered in home or community-based, clinically appropriate settings as identified in the written order and ITP, and in accordance with the agency's approved service description.
