This regulation requires qualified staff providing behavior consultation, mobile therapy, behavior analytic, or behavior consultation-ABA services through an Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS) agency to complete a discharge summary for each child, youth, or young adult served. The summary must include service outcomes, reason for discharge, and any referrals for other services, and must be completed within 45 days of discharge and provided to the youth, young adult, or their parent/guardian/caregiver.
