 State Regulations 

 Compare

An IBHS agency may not discriminate against staff or
 children, youth or young adults receiving services on the basis of race, color,
 creed, disability, religious affiliation, ancestry, gender, gender identity or
 expression, sexual orientation, national origin or age, and shall comply with
 applicable Federal and State statutes and regulations.
