This nondiscrimination provision prohibits Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS) agencies from discriminating against staff or the children, youth, and young adults they serve on the basis of race, color, creed, disability, religious affiliation, ancestry, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, or age. IBHS agencies must comply with all applicable federal and state statutes and regulations regarding nondiscrimination.
