This section requires that a face-to-face assessment be completed by a graduate-level professional for a child, youth, or young adult within 15 days of initiating group services, following the standards set out in § 5240.21, and prior to completing the Individual Treatment Plan (ITP). The assessment must also be reviewed and updated per § 5240.21(e) and (f). This is an assessment and clinical documentation requirement for ABA group services providers operating under Chapter 5240.
