This section governs Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS) agencies providing group services to children, youth, and young adults. Prior to initiating group services, the IBHS agency must have a written order and obtain written consent from the youth, young adult, or the parent/legal guardian of a child or youth. Compliance staff should ensure both the written order and consent documentation are in place before group services begin.
