This section directs Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS) agencies to their ongoing operational and recordkeeping responsibilities as set out in Chapters 1101 and 5240, and requires IBHS agencies to notify the Department of any change in name or address. It functions as a cross-reference and administrative notice provision within the IBHS licensing framework.
