6306 NOTICES OF INFRACTION
 The fine amount for any NOI issued under this chapter shall be as follows:
For the first offense $500.00;
For the second offense $1,000.00;
For the third offense $2,000.00;
For the fourth and subsequent offenses $4,000.00.
 The administrative procedure for the appeal of an NOI issued under this chapter shall be governed by 16 DCMR §§ 3100 et seq.
