This regulation sets out the participation requirements for Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS) agencies seeking to enroll in Pennsylvania's Medical Assistance (MA) Program. An IBHS agency must be licensed under Chapters 20 and 5240, enter into a written provider agreement with the Department, and be enrolled in the MA Program. These requirements are in addition to the general MA participation requirements in Chapter 1101.
