 State Regulations 

 Compare

The Department will accept, as sufficient for licensure,
 accreditation by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Hospitals (JCAH),
 Medicare Certification or approval by other national accreditation bodies which
 are designated as acceptable by the Secretary, if the hospital is also in
 compliance with the applicable sections of Chapter 5100 (relating to mental
 health procedures).
