This section establishes the applicability of Chapter 5310 to providers of full-care or partial-care community residential rehabilitation services in Pennsylvania. It explicitly excludes child residential facilities serving exclusively children (governed by Chapter 3800), but retains applicability to host homes serving one or more children. Operators of community residential rehabilitation programs must comply with this chapter's standards for governing body, personnel, service planning, and health care requirements.
