This section requires the director of a Community Residential Rehabilitation Service (CRRS) to establish, maintain, and retain administrative records and reports that guide operations, reflect programs, and demonstrate compliance with Chapter 5310 and other applicable statutes. As a record-keeping requirement within the CRRS licensing chapter, it applies to all operators of these mental health residential facilities.
