55 Pa. Code § 5310.38 - Notification in case of client emergency 

 State Regulations 

 Compare

(a)
 In case of an emergency, serious illness
 or injury, the unplanned termination, or the death or impending death of a
 client, the Director or the Director's designee shall notify as soon as
 possible but within 24 hours: 
(1)
 The person
 or persons designated by the client to be notified in such a case.

(2)
 Any case management/treatment agency
 responsible for the client.
